- Single Entry, No Judging: $1850, early $1450

- Bundle Entry (3+): Judged: $4100 first 3 Entries, $3600 early
- Bundle Entry (3+): No Judging: $3700 first 3 Entries, $3300 early
- Additional Entries Over 3: $1100 each, $1050 early
- Developer Multiple Entry (5+), Judged $1100 each

- Single Remodel Entry, Judged: $950
- Single Remodel Entry, No Judging: $850

  Rules & Regulations for 2015 Parade of Homes^TM Entries 

Parade Dates:  Sat. April 11 – Sun. April 26, 2015

By registering model homes in the 2015 Parade of Homes^TM, I hereby agree to abide by the following Rules & Regulations:

1.       Judging of entries will take place on Friday, April 10, 2015. I understand that my model entry must be complete (including exterior and interior clean-up). All homes MUST be open from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM for judging on Friday, April 10, 2015 and it is my responsibility to have the model(s) staffed upon the judges’ arrival. I further agree that distributing gifts of any nature ot the judges and drivers is strictly prohibited.

2.       I understand the published price in the Spring Parade of Homes^TM Map Guide is the selling price of the model entered AS SHOWN during the 2015 Spring Parade of Homes^TM dates. The price may only exclude furniture and window treatments. All “build-ins”, including built-in appliances, pools, spas, landscaping and any built-in specialty features, or items considered to be an option by the builder, are included in the Parade price. The advertised price in ALL cases will be the Spring Parade of Homes^TM price.

3.       The model(s) are new and never been occupied. I understand all entries must be no more than 3 years old to be qualified into the Parade of Homes^TM. The model(s) will be open for public viewing at no charge during ALL Parade hours, Saturday, April 11 – Sunday, April 26, 2015. 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday and Sundays from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. This includes homes in private communities. I agree that if my model sells prior to the Parade, I will not allow buyers to occupy the model until after the Parade is complete (after April 26, 2015). 

4.       I agree to comply with the directional sign laws for all counties involved with the Spring Parade of Homes ^TM including removal of said signs by Monday, April 27, 2015. If our signs are placed on county or city right-of-ways by my staff, and fines are issued, it is my and my company’s responsibility to pay those fines. I further agree that any replacement signs needed are also my responsibility to purchase at an additional fee.

5.      Any violation of the above rules will result in suspension of my total Spring Parade of Homes^TM 2015 privileges. I will respect the TBBA entry deadlines and all committee rulings are final.
